How we work

Five moves. One file. No surprises in the invoice.

The five bars of our mark are the five stages of a setup. It was never only a letter.

24 hrs to a written recommendation 9 days median to licence One person you deal with throughout

The sequence

What happens, in order.

  1. Brief

A call, then a written recommendation: structure, jurisdiction, activity list and total first-year cost, with every government fee itemised beside our own. You get this before you pay us anything, and you are free to take it elsewhere.

    24 hours
  2. Structure

Shareholding, activity codes and licence class chosen and locked. These are the decisions that are cheap now and expensive in eighteen months, so we spend disproportionate time here and say so.

    2 days
  3. Reservation

Trade name reserved, initial approval secured, memorandum drafted and notarised in the correct order. Powers of attorney if you are not in the country.

    3–5 days
  4. Issuance

Licence issued, establishment card opened, immigration file registered. The company now exists, can contract, and can sponsor residence visas.

    5–10 days
  5. Operating

Visas stamped, Emirates IDs issued, bank introduction made, and every filing date — corporate tax, VAT, ESR, UBO, renewal — put in a calendar we monitor rather than one you have to remember.

    2–4 weeks

How we charge

One figure, itemised.

We quote a single all-in number with the government fees shown separately from our fee. You can see exactly what the authority charges and exactly what we charge for handling it. If a ministry changes a fee mid-process you hear about it the same week, not in a revised invoice at the end.

We do not take commission from free zones for steering you toward them. That is worth stating plainly because a large part of this industry does, and it is the reason the same three zones get recommended to everybody regardless of what their business does.

If the honest answer is that you do not need us — that your situation is simple enough to handle directly with the authority — we will tell you that on the first call. It costs us a fee and saves you several.

What we need

From you, to start.

Passport copies
For every shareholder and every manager, valid at least six months.
A description of the business
In plain language. What you sell, to whom, and roughly how much of it. This becomes your activity list and your bank narrative.
Headcount plan
How many people need residence visas in year one and year two. This sizes the premises before anything is leased.
Proof of address
A recent utility bill or bank statement for each shareholder, in their name.
Existing corporate documents
If a company is a shareholder — certificate of incorporation, register of members, and a certificate of good standing.

Everything else we obtain, draft or arrange. If a document needs attesting at an embassy or legalising at a ministry, that is our problem rather than yours.
