Creative City is a licensing authority more than a place. The package gives you an address, not a working office, so Fujairah matters to you as somewhere to actually sit rather than as somewhere you are obliged to be — and you are free to sit somewhere else entirely.
The east coast port city, on the Gulf of Oman rather than the Arabian Gulf, with the bunkering and oil storage economy that geography created. What Creative City itself offers by way of premises: Virtual — no physical presence required.
